1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Scope of Services
Maji Tech Systems provides the following services:
– Irrigation System Installation and Maintenance: Design, installation, and maintenance of irrigation systems for farms, gardens, and commercial properties.
– Pipe Manufacturing and Supply: Production and supply of high-quality irrigation pipes, fittings, and related accessories.
These Terms apply to all products, services, and information provided by us.
3. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
– Provide accurate and current information when placing orders or engaging with our services.
– Use our irrigation products and pipes only for their intended agricultural or commercial purposes.
– Follow the instructions provided by Maji Tech Syatems for the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of irrigation systems.
– Ensure the safety of the site where irrigation systems are being installed.
4. Pricing and Payments
– Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices exclude taxes, installation fees, and delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
– Payment Terms: Payments for services, products, or installation must be made as per the agreed terms in the contract. We accept various payment methods including mobile payments (M-Pesa), bank transfers, and credit cards.
– Late Payments: Late payments may incur penalties, and Maji Tech Syatems reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding payments are settled.
5. Orders and Delivery
– Placing Orders: Orders for irrigation systems, pipes, and related products must be placed via our website, phone, or in person at our physical locations.
– Delivery: We deliver products within Kenya and offer international shipping upon request. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. We will notify you of any delays.
– Cancellation and Changes: Orders can be modified or canceled before shipment. Once shipped, products cannot be changed or canceled without incurring additional costs.
6. Warranties and Returns
– Product Warranty: We provide a 6months warranty on all irrigation products and pipes against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers repairs or replacements of defective parts but excludes damage caused by misuse or improper installation.
– Returns: Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
7. Limitation of Liability
Maji Tech Systems will not be held liable for:
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our irrigation systems or pipes.
– Losses or damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
– Delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, will not exceed the total amount paid for the products or services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, trademarks, and materials associated with Majitechsyatems are the intellectual property of the company. You may not copy, distribute, or use any materials from our website or services without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business.
